Axe Throwing Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an axe throwing coach. As a coach, you will be responsible for training guests on proper throwing techniques, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a strong passion for sports entertainment.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Coaching: Train guests on proper throwing techniques and ensure a safe experience.
• Safety: Ensure all safety protocols and equipment are met at all times.
• Facilitating the game: Oversee matches, keep score, and ensure game sessions flow smoothly.
• Customer Service: Manage every aspect of the customer experience.
• Day-to-Day operations: Support the entire team to get the job done.
• Ambassadorship: Represent the brand and passion for axe throwing in a fun and professional manner.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

• Age: Must be 21 or older.
• Availability: Available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• People person: Excellent communication skills, can speak clearly and concisely, and genuinely likes being around people.
• Strong leadership skills: Confident to take charge in group settings and can manage group dynamics effectively.
• Team player: Works well in a team environment and encourages a sense of community and inclusiveness.
• Maturity: Mature, responsible, has a good sense of humor, and can stay calm under pressure.
