About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving product vision and strategy across the full product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product delivery lifecycles and experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Product Management: Manage prioritized product backlog and dependencies, balancing overall strategy with customer/end-user needs.
  • Project Delivery: Own and deliver end-to-end projects, from supporting RFPs to leading design, build, and testing.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously improve products through regular performance reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, and service metrics.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure security compliance and risk management across entire product scope.
RequirementsFunctional Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product/software delivery lifecycles.
  • Experience working with core HR systems – Talent Management/Learning experience desirable.
  • Abreast of the latest market trends and their implications for product opportunities and challenges.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, diverse teams to achieve results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing product use cases and determining associated impact.
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of requirements elicitation and management techniques.
  • Knowledgeable about product performance measures and metrics.
  • Experience applying relevant Agile frameworks and methodologies, e.g., Scrum, XP.
