Job Title: Product Manager">

This role involves leading the product life cycle, driving innovation and shaping the future of product development. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing products that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

  • You will be responsible for creating a product strategy and vision that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Your tasks will include managing discovery efforts, market research, and product backlog maintenance to ensure smooth development and delivery of high-quality products.
  • You will oversee the framework and tracking of product key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • A proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, value management, and delivery.
  • A relationship builder with the ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and technology partners across different levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA/JIRA Align, etc.).
