Operations Manager - Food and Beverage

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager - Food and Beverage to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management

The Operations Manager - Food and Beverage will manage the supply chain, ensuring that we always have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Menu Planning and Development

They will develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers.

Staff Management

The Operations Manager - Food and Beverage will lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
