Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPC Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, implementing, and optimizing Pay-Per-Click campaigns across various platforms.

This role requires exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms for services offered
  • Create and manage ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structure to maximize lead generation
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve ROI
  • Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to optimize conversion rates and reduce cost-per-click (CPC)

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / SEM campaign management, with a strong focus on B2B services
  • Prior experience in marketing Accounting or Bookkeeping services to the US market is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant PPC tools
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and report to senior management
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant SEM certifications are a must
