As a Front Desk Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and professional image of the organization.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle phone calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-maintained at all times.
- Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and courier shipments with care.
- Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Provide accurate and timely information to visitors and callers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about the organization's services and policies.
- Manage and update office databases and contact lists.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an Intermediate or higher level of education.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with ease.
