Sustainable Energies Enterprise (SEE), a provider of innovative energy solutions in Karachi, is looking for a Front Desk and Customer Support Officer to provide a positive and professional first impression to customers. The role involves handling inquiries and requests promptly and independently, ensuring that customer accounts are properly managed and updated. The individual must possess excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills to effectively address customer inquiries and other matters relating to the company's products and services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handling client inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Preparing outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails.
- Taking up other duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements or schedules.
- Submitting proposals to clients.
- Answering questions and addressing complaints about the company's products or services.
- Maintaining sales pipeline and sales data.
- Providing timely progress reports and updates to the supervisor.
This is an on-site role located in Karachi.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in English, MS Office (especially Word and Excel), and email correspondence.
- Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in the same or similar role.
