Ecommerce Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned ecommerce professional to spearhead our online business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with marketplaces.

Key responsibilities include managing key ecommerce accounts, developing strategies to boost sales and conversion rates, collaborating with marketing teams, analyzing data, and building relationships with online marketplaces and vendors.

To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for ecommerce, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage key ecommerce accounts including product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product listings and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze ecommerce data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with online marketplaces, third-party sellers, and vendors.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in ecommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles, with excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
