Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to spearhead our online sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our ecommerce platforms, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and driving traffic and conversions to our ecommerce site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality and engaging content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead.
