Healthcare Product Development Lead

The organization seeks a seasoned software engineer to spearhead the development of high-impact healthcare platforms.

This leadership position involves overseeing all phases of the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable healthcare products using micro frontends and Dockerization, ensuring code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct hands-on development and code reviews adhering to best practices, focusing on full-stack knowledge with strong expertise in Angular; PHP and Node.js experience is beneficial.
  • Design scalable architectures and manage CI/CD pipelines based on Bitbucket, troubleshooting and resolving issues in real-time production environments.
  • Collaborate in a Scrum-based Agile environment, leading technical planning, system design, and product life cycle management.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, reusability, and system robustness, working closely with stakeholders including senior management, product owners, and front desk leads.
  • Implement SQL and NoSQL databases and lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for Software Engineers professionals to meet the company's quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of relevant development and leadership experience, with a strong command of Angular and experience with scalable front-end architectures.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket-based), and production deployment strategies, as well as the ability to write high-performance, clean, and maintainable code.
  • Exposure to application security principles and best practices, proficiency in system design, troubleshooting, and managing full software lifecycles, excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, as well as a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a similar relevant field.
