AI Product Leadership Role

We seek an experienced AI product leader to oversee internal AI initiatives tailored for healthcare practices and practitioners. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (including HIPAA), and driving the adoption of robust cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop AI-driven product roadmaps tailored for healthcare environments
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, compliance officers, and healthcare practitioners
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to other relevant healthcare standards
  • Oversee product security and integrate effective cybersecurity measures
  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing enhancement
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Familiarity with Common Tools and Applications:
  • JIRA/Confluence for project management, documentation, and agile product development
  • Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms for cloud computing services and HIPAA-compliant data storage
  • Docker/Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration of containerized AI applications
  • TensorFlow/PyTorch for developing and deploying machine learning models
  • Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development
  • Security Compliance Tools such as Qualys or Nessus for vulnerability assessment and compliance monitoring
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare IT, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within AI/ML and healthcare
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements
  • Experience in implementing cybersecurity best practices and security standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
