Infrastructure Development Manager

To maintain and improve the company's infrastructure, you will be responsible for various tasks such as electrical or structural work, modification, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical or structural work and modifications in Head office and Regional offices.
  • Prepare drawings, designs, BOQs, and other related materials for assigned projects.
  • Monitor tenders, project execution, and financial evaluation of bids.
  • Oversee the initialization, execution, and progress monitoring of all assigned projects.
  • Control capital and revenue expenditures made in the Infrastructure Development department.
  • Maintain budget control sheets.
  • Monitor Ringi (payment status) of concerned departments.
  • Submit a specified number of Kaizens.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems.
  • Material testing and inspection skills.
  • Process inspection skills.
  • Cost control and reduction skills.
