HR Operations Manager
Job Description: As an HR Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and efficient use of resources. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing processes to enhance HR service delivery, improve employee engagement, and optimize business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement operational processes to support HR service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic HR plans and initiatives.

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Develop and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.

Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support to resolve issues.
  • Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and well-being.

Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Oversee payroll processing and maintenance of accurate employee records.
  • Administer benefits, including insurance, leaves, and statutory compliance.

Performance Management & Training
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to employees to improve their skills and performance.


Requirements:Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or related roles, preferably in an operational capacity.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
