
Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our organization's HR operations.
- This role requires the ability to develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
- The successful candidate will implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the HR Manager will provide supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establish policies, procedures, and work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.
- Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions.
- Maintaining compensation, determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies, designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems, and implementing change.
- Developing human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, aligning monetary resources, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- MBA/ MSc (HR) or Equivalent Degree from a reputable University.
- 10 – 15 Years of Proven HR experience (preferably in Construction Industry).
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
