Job Title: Clinical Psychologist Shadow Support

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a positive impact in a child's life by providing comprehensive support as a shadow teacher. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in helping a child diagnosed with ADHD achieve academic and emotional growth.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Shadowing and Educational Support: Provide consistent, in-class assistance to the child throughout the school day. Assist with organization, focus, and task completion, while adapting learning materials and activities to meet the child's needs and learning style.
  2. Therapeutic Intervention: Work closely with the senior psychologist to implement individualized therapy plans. Utilize evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavioral interventions to help the child manage ADHD symptoms.
  3. Collaboration and Reporting: Regularly observe and document the child's behavior and progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the senior psychologist to review goals and strategies.

Key qualifications include:

  1. A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
  2. Experience working with children with ADHD.
  3. Strong understanding of child development and special education needs.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
