Key Dashboard Position

This role leads the development and optimization of dashboards to provide clear visualizations for informed decision-making in billing operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. We are looking for a skilled professional to design and develop comprehensive dashboards tailored to billing needs.
  2. The ideal candidate will create impactful data visualizations to enhance communication of billing metrics and performance indicators.
  3. Maintaining, updating, and optimizing dashboards to reflect real-time billing data and evolving business requirements is also essential.
  4. The right person will conduct training sessions to maximize dashboard utilization and empower teams to extract actionable insights.
  5. Collaboration with departments to understand billing data requirements and customize dashboards for interdepartmental coordination is crucial.
  6. Overseeing data validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of billing information displayed on dashboards is a key responsibility.
  7. Collaboration with IT teams to integrate technologies and tools that enhance dashboard functionality and user experience is vital.
  8. The successful candidate will develop and monitor performance metrics related to dashboard usage and ensure alignment with billing objectives.
  9. Generating and distributing reports based on dashboard insights and providing timely and relevant billing information to stakeholders is an important aspect of this role.
  10. This position requires ensuring compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and company's Business Principles, Ethics Policy, and Code of Conduct.
