Senior Full Stack Engineer Role

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with Product Managers and designers to deliver impactful projects that improve student decision-making and academic outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include leading project delivery, ensuring code quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of high-impact projects that directly influence student and advisor interactions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and designers to ensure project alignment with product vision.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, following best practices like accessibility and security.
  • Mentor junior engineers, guiding their technical and professional growth.
  • Contribute to broader engineering initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and technical scalability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a rare blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and passion for creating real-time solutions. Key requirements include:

  • Experience with database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with testing and code quality tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful projects in close collaboration with PMs and designers.
  • Strong ownership and accountability skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to broader engineering initiatives.
