Job Title:

Student Enrolment Consultant

We are seeking a driven and dynamic professional to join our growing team as a Student Enrolment Consultant.

This is a sales-focused role that requires a proactive, personable, and culturally sensitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed enrolment and sales targets through effective lead conversion and management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families, providing accurate information and emotional support.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the student management system by recording all interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high level of service and ensure seamless student experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure market coverage and strategy alignment.
  • Follow the lead management policy and utilize CRM tools for consistent communication and tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of student enrolment processes and international education pathways.
  • Proven success in a KPI-driven sales environment with effective objection handling and closing skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in a local language is an asset.
  • Customer service experience with a student-first mindset and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail, especially with course-specific and visa-related requirements.
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; previous experience in education or international student services is highly desirable.
