
International eBook Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented eBook sales professional to drive front-end and upsell conversions for our international client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving a sales target through effective communication, lead handling, and upselling strategies.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound international leads related to eBook writing, publishing, and marketing.
- Build strong rapport with potential and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
- Pitch, present, and close front-end eBook sales and upsell premium services (e.g. editing, publishing, marketing packages).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Monitor sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to overall growth strategy.
- Maintain CRM updates and report daily/weekly sales activity.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in international telesales, publishing, or digital service sales.
- Ability to understand client needs and pitch tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation and upselling capabilities.
- Confident in using tools like CRM software, Zoom, WhatsApp Web, and Google Workspace.
- Must be goal-driven with the ability to work independently during night hours.
