Role Summary

We're looking for a Front Seller – eBooks to join our growing team in Karachi. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about books and digital content, enjoys customer interaction, and has a knack for sales. As a Front Seller, you'll be the face of our eBook sales channel, assisting customers in finding and purchasing digital content that matches their interests and needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eBooks
  • Guide customers through digital platforms and purchasing processes
  • Stay up to date with new eBook releases, genres, and trends
  • Handle sales transactions using point-of-sale systems
  • Provide excellent post-sale customer support
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge across all eBook categories
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively
  • Familiarity with eBook platforms (e.g., Kindle, Kobo, Google Books, etc.)
  • Basic proficiency in using digital devices and POS systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or front-facing sales experience is a plus
