Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure time, cost, and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans.
• Plan and create technical documentation based on business requirements.
• Proactively and effectively communicate at all levels, internally and externally.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and good prospects for future business.
• Design and create suitable testing environments and test plans, cases for an end-to-end testing of the product/module.
• Contribute continuous automation and process improvements to provide improved quality assurance.

Requirements:
• BS (CS) degree in the related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance.
• Good understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering methodologies.
• Identify and escalate any possible variance from project plans.
• Take the initiative to progress and deliver own and team/unit work.
• Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
