We are seeking a seasoned SharePoint Administrator to serve as a Microsoft 365 Collaboration SME, contributing to M365 service improvement projects and creating governance standards for the collaboration platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to generate more value from our collaboration solutions.
  • Contribute to M365 service improvement projects including design & planning, change management, and implementation efforts throughout the project life cycle.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for the APAC and EMEA regions.
  • Create and maintain M365 governance standards, policies, & guidelines for the collaboration platform so that they are in line with best practices and respective service owner expectations.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Advanced skills in SharePoint workflows, scripting, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Microsoft Graph APIs.
  • 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Entra AD environment, Purview administration,, and general M365 administration.
  • Excellent English speaking and documentation skills.
  • Must be willing to work outside of local business hours occasionally to meet with Business stakeholders, attend team meetings, and respond to emergencies.

About this Role

This is a critical role that will drive the success of our M365 services. As a senior member of our Unified Communications and Collaborations team, you will have a significant impact on the adoption and effectiveness of our collaboration tools.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to create SharePoint constructs using classic/modern site design.
  • Experience with AvePoint Backup for M365 and Control Suite Governance Suite or similar governance tools.
  • Good understanding of data protection methods including Insider Risk Management, DLP Policies, and zero trust architecture.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Must work well independently and with others as part of a larger team and be able to collaborate on cross-functional teams.
