We're looking for a skilled Backend Developer to lead our technical operations, architect scalable systems and oversee project execution from planning to deployment.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience building B2B or B2C marketplaces, especially in low-connectivity or mobile-first environments. They will be responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable backend systems, leading the end-to-end project lifecycle, building and managing APIs, and overseeing server deployment and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement scalable backend systems for a mobile-first commodity trading marketplace.
  2. Lead the project lifecycle: requirement scoping, resource allocation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
  3. Develop and manage APIs to ensure reliability and performance under scale.
  4. Oversee server deployment, cloud configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
  5. Identify and resolve bugs and bottlenecks quickly, with a proactive QA/testing approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience building B2B or B2C marketplaces, especially in low-connectivity or mobile-first environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
