Back End Developer Job Description

We are looking for skilled engineers who thrive in a fast-paced development environment.

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Design and manage databases (MongoDB or PostgreSQL).
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization systems.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL, understanding of REST API principles, and knowledge of authentication systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate APIs and business logic.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Architect backend solutions, ensure deployment readiness, and handle complex logic.

A successful candidate will focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements:
  • Solid experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of REST API principles.
  • Knowledge of authentication systems (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
  • Familiarity with Git and version control.
Additional Requirements for Experienced Engineers:
  • Experience in designing scalable architectures and managing deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to lead backend projects independently and mentor junior developers.

Preferred qualifications include experience working on CRM or large-scale applications, understanding of DevOps practices, and good communication and teamwork skills.
