As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to align messaging and with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads. Your goal will be to schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and our sales team. You will also be responsible for staying informed about industry trends, competitors, personnel, and target markets to better understand potential clients' needs.
We are looking for a highly driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity. If you have a strong background in engineering or software development, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and have a proven ability to pitch, persuade, and propagate our vision. Experience in managing inbound sales inquiries and leads, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and Excel, are highly desirable.

Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various methods such as research, social media, and networking.
- Outreach: Contact potential clients via cold calling, emails, or social media to introduce our products or services.
- Qualification: Assess whether leads meet the criteria to become valuable customers by asking targeted questions and gathering relevant information.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, personnel, and target markets to better understand potential clients' needs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and prospects in our CRM System.
- Sales Automation: Use tools and scripts to automate processes that will create a streamlined experience for both our company and clients.
- Developing Product Knowledge: Increase end-to-end domain knowledge to understand our offerings, features, and benefits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to align messaging and with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure there is a data-driven feedback loop that informs process improvement decisions.
