Job Title

Financial Operations Specialist

">Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and record financial transactions, including credit card entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain financial schedules, including long-term debt and fixed asset calculations.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure budget compliance and financial responsibilities are met.
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve variances.
  • Assist with cash forecasting and WIP/POC calculations.
  • Prepare financial statements, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Support the Finance function with ad hoc reporting and projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • BS/BA in Accounting and proven knowledge of GAAP.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate professionally.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Viewpoint by Vista or similar construction management software.
