Job Title

As a pivotal figure in our operations, you will be responsible for managing various tasks with precision and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational staff to ensure compliance with internal regulations.
  2. Supervise all operational activities, including account opening, TDRs, remittances, clearing, cash management, and more.
  3. Support staff development through coaching and training, promoting high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Manage branch premises and fixed assets, ensuring upkeep and maintenance.
  5. Oversee branch expenses, maintaining costs within allocated limits.
  6. Ensure branch security, adhering to internal guidelines.
  7. Coordinate loan disbursements, verifying fulfillment of conditions and requirements.
  8. Timely payment to vendors is ensured, and cash handling responsibilities are fulfilled in the absence of a teller.
  9. Additional tasks may be assigned by management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong work ethic. A keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are essential.
