Rapid Response Team Leader sought for a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will lead customer service excellence, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive operational efficiency across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and optimize customer support operations, develop scalable strategies to enhance user experience and retention.
- Ensure support teams meet SLAs, KPIs, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of CRM platforms, e-commerce operations, and customer concerns.
- Evaluate and implement a compliance framework to prevent violations and manage risk.
- Conduct internal audits, reviews, and investigations to identify compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with concerned teams to stay updated on regulatory changes affecting Amazon, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
- Develop training programs to ensure support agents have deep knowledge of marketplace requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer support and compliance management within a global e-commerce business.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and other online retail marketplaces.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce compliance requirements, platform policies, and international regulations.
