Export Staffing Consultant

We are seeking a Global Talent Recruiter to join our team, responsible for leading our global talent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of manpower export processes, with a proven track record of success in this field.

• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and selecting high-quality candidates for overseas employment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, foreign embassies, and international clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including visa processing and documentation.
• Manage and coordinate international travel, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in manpower export, with a strong background in talent acquisition and management.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software, with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decision-making.
• Fluency in the language(s) specified, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
