Role Overview:
MaxusX is a digital marketing and IT staff augmentation company that aims to connect brands with their target audiences through innovative strategies and data-driven campaigns. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in generating and nurturing leads from various platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies targeting the US market, leveraging industry knowledge and competitive analysis to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target high-value prospects in IT staff augmentation and digital marketing sectors through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements while safeguarding the company's financial goals and value propositions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the digital marketing and IT staffing industries.
- Provide actionable insights to inform marketing and operational strategies, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry changes.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within IT staff augmentation and/or digital marketing industries.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market gaps and position the company effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence decision-makers across various industries.
