Role Overview:

MaxusX is a digital marketing and IT staff augmentation company that aims to connect brands with their target audiences through innovative strategies and data-driven campaigns. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in generating and nurturing leads from various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies targeting the US market, leveraging industry knowledge and competitive analysis to drive revenue growth.
  2. Identify and target high-value prospects in IT staff augmentation and digital marketing sectors through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  4. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements while safeguarding the company's financial goals and value propositions.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the digital marketing and IT staffing industries.
  6. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing and operational strategies, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry changes.
  7. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, preparing detailed reports for senior management.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within IT staff augmentation and/or digital marketing industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market gaps and position the company effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence decision-makers across various industries.
