Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the quality control process across all stitching lines, halls, and sections. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring that every stitching operation meets our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange Quality Control teams to inform them about changing and running orders.
  • Inspect and log faults in manufacturing operations, taking preventive actions accordingly.
  • Initiate and coordinate quality improvement plans with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Oversee QA activities for material production, monitoring all production activities for quality conformance.
  • Evaluate compliance with quality requirements and specifications to ensure reliability of finished products.
  • Highlight areas for improvement by conducting meetings with concerned departments and providing technical assistance.

To excel in this role, you should be a graduate preferably holding a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in gloves manufacturing, similar to your current capacity.
