Job Summary

The role of AI Engineer/Developer involves designing, building and deploying AI/ML models, and integrating them into scalable, user-facing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop machine learning models for various business use cases.
  • Design robust data pipelines to ensure clean, reliable inputs for AI systems.
  • Deploy models into production environments with attention to scalability and performance.
  • Translate models into usable features within customer-facing or internal applications.
  • Build APIs, SDKs, and service endpoints for AI-driven functionality.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to embed AI seamlessly into products.
  • Implement monitoring, testing, and retraining strategies to keep AI systems reliable.
  • Follow DevOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (particularly Azure) for model deployment.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to move between research, engineering, and application contexts.
Desired Experience
  • 3–6 years in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or related roles.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems at scale.
  • Exposure to product development cycles and agile practices.
