Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned UX Specialist to join our team at HMI Ventures.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing intuitive user experiences and facilitating product visions.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to research, conceive, sketch, prototype, and user-test experiences for digital products.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to actively listen, take verbal instruction, and extrapolate it to create concrete web content.

A proven experience as a UX Designer or a similar role, along with background in product research, familiarity with interaction design and information architecture, and proficiency in design software are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Rapidly test and iterate designs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to actively listen, take verbal instruction, and extrapolate it to create concrete web content.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or a similar role.
  • Background in product research.
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
