Job Title

A highly motivated Senior Design Consultant is required to strengthen the Design Department. This senior-level role involves leading impactful projects, driving brand growth, and managing design and sales responsibilities.

">Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete customer experience including measurements, 3D design creation, proposal finalization, installation supervision, and post-installation follow-up to ensure client satisfaction for assigned KDW segment projects.
  • Meet assigned sales targets by managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits at critical stages, oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, and address client complaints effectively.
  • Ensure timely tracking of client payments, coordinate product deliveries, and resolve any delays or partial delivery issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Visual Merchandising for all stores.
  • Participate in the Product R&D team as a key member.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same industry or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Knowledge of kitchen, doors, and wardrobe materials, designs, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, etc.
