About Your Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our software development team as a Senior Technical Lead. The Senior Technical Lead will lead a high-performing development team focused on Angular, .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, data platforms, and micro front-end design to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

Your Impactful Goals Will Include:

Technical Vision & Solution Development:

  • Define and drive the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure architectural consistency and scalability across all projects.
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative software systems and architectures.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in software development, research methodologies, and emerging technologies.

Team Development and Mentorship:

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers to grow their skills and confidence.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set clear expectations; assign tasks, monitor, and report progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Function as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Lead teams to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Implement and enforce best practices in software development and DevOps.
  • Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security.

Process Improvements:

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in development workflows.
  • Champion agile methodologies and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Establish metrics to measure team productivity and project success.

Risk Management & Decisions Making:

  • Anticipate technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Make informed decisions balancing technical debt, speed, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Functional Skills Requirement:

  • Database: SQL Data Warehouse, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake
  • Azure Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Synapse, Functions, App Services, Blob Storage, Functions, API Management and Event Hub)
  • Azure DevOps (Board, Repos, Pipeline, and Test Plans)
  • Reporting and BI: Power BI, Dashboards & Reports Development
  • Others: Data Warehouse Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and an iterative development process.
