About the Role:
  • Lead the effort to build systems that enable AI R&D teams to deliver secure, highly scalable, distributed services.
  • Leverage technology like Kubeflow, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Python to build inference systems, infrastructure, and training pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define the direction for the team and prioritize ML Platform initiatives.
  2. Enable teams to build features at scale by providing a reusable software foundation and infrastructure.
  3. Create deployment pipelines and take code from git to production.
  4. Build infrastructure for fast, robust automated testing and validation.
  5. Improve system performance and reliability.
  6. Cycle knowledge and coach junior engineers.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in software development.
  3. Experience improving ML infrastructure with multiple stakeholders in large organizations.
  4. Proficiency in Python or similar languages.
  5. Working knowledge of AWS services and technologies.
  6. Experience with Kubeflow pipeline development and management.
