We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate, Data Feed Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong background in finance and data analysis.

About the Role

The Data Feed Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to clients regarding their data feed and cloud service inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Improve technical expertise with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), MS Excel, and SQL
  • Provide quality support of feed-based products
  • Record accurate and timely tracking of client issues within our Client Relationship Management system
  • Document newly found solutions and product updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to answer client concerns and route improvement requests and sales leads
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Excellent English communications skills
  • Experience in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of corporate accounting statements such as the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Team-player mentality with collaboration skills
  • Flexibility for changes in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced Excel experience
