We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to contribute to our Talent Acquisition department.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. They will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Sources of Candidates- Niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and Github will be used to identify potential candidates.
- A specialized skillset will be utilized to screen IT resumes and parse qualifications.
- Phone calls will be conducted to analyze applicants' abilities.
- Interviews will be conducted using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
- Hiring needs will be coordinated with IT team leaders to forecast department goals.
- Job openings will be promoted through personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates.
- The entire recruitment process will be overseen by the successful candidate.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter is required.
- Familiarity with various interview formats, including phone and Skype, is essential.
- Technical expertise is necessary to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search, is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation is necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a related field is required.
