The Talent Acquisition Executive role involves overseeing the Human Resources department and driving strategic HR development practices. Key responsibilities include job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as well as shaping the employer brand strategy and maintaining the candidate pipeline.

Main duties include hiring top candidates on time for technical and non-technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies, sourcing and attracting highly skilled candidates through various channels, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

To be successful in this position, you will need a strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized university, preferably in human resources or management sciences.
  • At least two years of experience as a technical recruiter in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
