Job Overview:

This role involves leading our digital marketing agency's SEO strategy, focusing on property-related websites. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will develop and implement comprehensive SEO plans, conduct website audits, keyword research, and optimize on-page elements.

Responsibilities include creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to the UK property market and related sectors. You will also build and manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and local SEO. Regular reports on SEO performance and recommendations for improvement are crucial.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building strategies. Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar is essential. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies

Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on the property or real estate sector
  2. Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
