  7. Statutory Compliance:
  8.     Ensure adherence to government regulations and laws related to electricity, service tax, and other applicable legislation.
  9. Contractor Management:
  10.     Effectively supervise and manage outsourcing contractors to ensure high-quality services.
  11. Purchasing:
  12.     Efficiently handle purchasing tasks to meet operational requirements.
  13. Accounting Functions:
  14.     Gather exposure to general accounting functions, including bills clearance and vouchers preparation, to enhance financial knowledge.
  15. Expatriate Support:
  16.     Offer support to expatriates as needed, fostering a welcoming environment.
  17. Office Maintenance:
  18.     Maintain a comfortable and efficient office space that promotes productivity.
  19. Renovation Supervision:
  20.     Oversee renovation work in the office to minimize disruptions to daily operations.
