Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the digital services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain professional profiles on relevant platforms
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the digital services industry
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with digital services such as web development, SEO, design, or marketing
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
