Talent Acquisition Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global standards while tailoring strategies to local market needs.

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions in Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by leveraging sourcing tools, social media, career events, and third-party partnerships.

  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions in Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pipelines by leveraging sourcing tools, social media, career events, and third-party partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Requirements:

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience: In an autonomous, senior-level recruitment role, including hiring for both professional and managerial level positions.
  • Recruitment expertise: Hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes ideally both agency and in-house.
  • Sourcing skills: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing and talent pipelining.
  • Communication skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills within a multinational company context.
