Job Responsibilities
  • Bulk charges: Families and records are thoroughly checked, current charges and schedule changes inquired with sites, and schedules updated accordingly.
  • Record updates: Correct schedules and deposit information are accurately recorded.
  • Subsidies: Expired subsidies are promptly notified to parents, ensuring timely awareness.
  • Third-party invoicing: Invoices are sent mid-month to guarantee payment receipt.
  • Promotions: Parents are notified of expiring promotions to maximize benefits.
  • Outstanding balances: Payment statuses are regularly checked and communicated to parents via email or phone calls.
  • Unpaid invoices: Invoices are reviewed, and payments are updated in applications.
  • Tuition tracking spreadsheets: Spreadsheets are thoroughly reviewed and Reasonability tests prepared for submission.
  • Contact inquiries: All site inquiries are handled professionally.
  • Claims adjustments: Subsidy claims are submitted efficiently.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of finance management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Educational management experience is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills are crucial.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
