Sales Acquisition Specialist

A leading food delivery platform, One Atom Solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Acquisition Specialist to help onboard restaurants as merchants. This is an onsite position, and the ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, particularly in industries like food delivery or hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers to introduce them to our food delivery platform.
- Clearly explain the benefits of partnering with us, such as low commission rates, next-day payouts, and marketing support.
- Overcome objections and negotiate agreements to onboard new merchants.
- Guide restaurant owners through the onboarding process and collect necessary information.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (preferably in the food delivery, hospitality, or SaaS industry).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in an office environment and meet daily/weekly targets.
