We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative/Customer Care professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless patient interactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact patients prior to their scheduled appointments to confirm details.
- Conduct thorough interviews with patients over the phone to gather essential information.
- Enter patient data into our electronic medical record system.
- Re-schedule appointments as needed via phone calls and notifications.
- Efficiently screen and route patient calls to other departments, ensuring accurate registration and scheduling.
- Coordinate messages between patients and physicians, handling consult calls and routing them to the correct provider.
- Must possess a 'customer-first mentality.'
- English proficiency is required (listening and speaking).
- A self-starter with strong self-management skills (training will be provided).
- Ability to provide excellent patient care and handle challenging situations.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to document effectively.
- Punctual and reliable transportation is essential.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
