The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist in bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision-making by driving analysis and research activities (qualitative & quantitative) to consolidate insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scope and gather context from end markets to prepare, effectively analyze, and report on consumer insights delivering to business needs.
  • Assist with managing consumer research projects and syndicated studies to ensure timely delivery of outputs at defined quality standards.
  • Effectively manage stringent project timelines for a fast-paced business environment through prioritizing tasks and objectives to manage time and resources appropriately.
  • Support end-to-end management of research projects as required (including questionnaire design, programming, execution).
  • Translate data and information into impactful insights and foresights, conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports to internal partners.
  • Contribute to insight generation through aggregation and synthesis of multiple studies and data sources conducted over time.
  • Oversee information systems, internal data, and research reports, ensuring ease of accessibility across the organization.
