Reporting To: Sales Director (Singapore)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage existing key accounts and develop new business in Lahore, Pakistan. This role focuses on driving sales growth and fostering client relationships within the food flavors and manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and marketing of flavor products to current and prospective clients in the assigned territory
  • Develop an annual sales budget and track performance to meet KPIs
  • Grow the business and achieve profitable sales performance, meeting targets in the Lahore region
  • Create marketing opportunities for new and existing product lines, supporting regional expansion
  • Identify and pursue potential product concepts and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with the head office and affiliates to exchange market and sales insights
  • Stay updated on flavour product trends, competitor activities, and market applications
  • Strengthen and manage relationships with existing clients while identifying growth opportunities
  • Present the company's flavor portfolio to prospective clients
  • Monitor competitors' sales activities, including pricing and new product launches

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in food flavours or food and beverage industry
  • Based in Lahore with the ability to travel within the city to meet clients
  • Experience in a global MNC is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
