Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Job Description

  • The Data Analyst will work closely with the content team to extract, scrutinize, and standardize property assets and aggregate level essential data relevant to real estate covered companies.

  • They will analyze financial data, review feedback on abstracts/tasks to minimize errors, and help establish refined procedures and processes to improve accuracy.

  • The Data Analyst will maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate data sets and build industry expertise to support career growth.

  • They will also troubleshoot problems or issues, provide substantial feedback to co-workers, and maintain relationships with contacts from other departments to actively track information on covered content sets.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as BBA, MBA, M.Com, BS, Master, or any other relevant degree is required.

  • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply.

  • Basic financial knowledge of accounting and financial terminologies is necessary.

  • Good research and analytical skills, articulate and fluent communication, ability to perform under tight deadlines, excellent attention to detail, and a positive work attitude are essential.

  • Basic MS Excel-related knowledge is also required.
