Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Higher Education Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our student support services and developing programs that enhance the learning experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and student affairs, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with faculty and staff to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement student support programs that promote academic success and personal growth.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure that students receive timely and effective support.
  3. Maintain relationships with external partners to enhance educational and industrial partnerships.
  4. Oversee operations of Student Support, Fees and Dues, and Admissions & Career Development departments.
  5. Build and maintain inclusive communities within the student body.
  6. Develop and implement policies to enhance financial assistance and utilize university resources.
  7. Assist faculty and students with placements and internships.
  8. Develop and maintain university relations with external stakeholders.
  9. Coordinate and supervise departmental services and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in education and student affairs.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
